Live large with the luxurious ride of the Trance 12. This shoe has a taste for the finer technologies in life, like an incredibly articulated Caterpillar Crash Pad that segments the midsole for a perfectly smooth heel-to-toe transition. We moved the heel counter to the outside of the shoe for even more interior comfort, plus built-in bootie-like design for a silky feel. This shoe is so plush that, pretty soon, it will be on an episode of MTv® Cribs.

I love these shoes! I had a previous pair trance shoes I loved! I decided to buy a pair of Adidas since those used to be my favorites, they weren't comfortable. I tried to switch to a firmer Brooks shoe it was just too firm for my feet. I ordered the trance again and they are perfect! They fit my feet with just enough room to spare in the toes, like you're supposed to have. They have great cushion and stability. I think I pronate a bit more than what this shoe helps with but they are doing so much better than the other pairs of shoes I've tried. I'm a Brooks Trance wearer for life!

I run 20-30 miles a week and decided to switch to Brooks from my asics kayano after the poor reviews of the kayano 18's. The Brooks trance are okay but I'm going to continue looking after I get through with this pair. I had to add arch support inserts because arches were aching after 3 runs. Also, I am having ITBand issues (again) and feel like I'm not getting enough pronation control. I love the tread and the cushioning feels good but the shoe just doesn't provide the stability and support I need.

Great shoe and great fit! This is my second pair of Trance Shoes as I loved my first pair after upgrading from Adrenalines. Nice support and that first run is always a true test of how the shoe will conform and mold to the foot.

I do interval running on the treadmill but primarily bought these for step aerobics. The support is great and they're extremely comfortable. It's my first pair of Brooks and I'm definitely buying another pair soon!

HEY, NO PINK!!!! Not all women like pink. I also like how there is very little white - hide the dirt
I took the advice of 'whats my size' - the best fit was a little too big in the toe area. Probably 1/2 size smaller (their 'tighter fit') would have been better.
Arch support is ok for people w/ normal arches but my feet over pronate. Once I added my custom orthotics they felt much better.
Perfect in the heel.
Probably going to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller

My feet hurt. All the time. I've bought more shoes than Imelda Marcos, and none of them felt really good ... until I got the Trance 12! I no longer walk like a duck. Thank you!

have been running in them for over a week. My legs are hurting, right arch cramped, and my knees are sore. Going to try my old shoes this week to see if i get better. Disappointed.

I absolutely love these shoes, except that they wore through the material on the right shoes, where your ankle enters the shoe. I thought maybe my ankle was wearing it down, but I've watched my gait/stride, and my ankle doesn't wear it down. So disappointed because these are EXTREMELY comfortable and great shoes! Unfortunately, I have to return them.
