Men's Trailblade
This product is out of stock
Versatility and value rarely go hand-in-hand. That’s why the Trailblade is such a fantastic find. This shoe is good to go off-road, and then back on. An aggressive and luggy outsole offers exceptional traction on trails, and graceful handling of paved surfaces. An undeniably tough yet attractive upper holds up to any terrain, whether challenging or chill.

I was asked to wear test this shoe by Brooks. As a fan of the Cascadia, I was a little skeptical at first, but instantly fell in love with this shoe. Prior to wearing Brooks, I always struggled to find a trail shoe that could also be used on the roads when necessary. The Trailblade has proven to be both trail and road worthy.

THe shoe broke down aftern the second run. Treads on the bottom were pealing off and the heel twisted to the right.

Comments about Trailblade:
I'm on my third pair and love these shoes - probably the most comfortable running shoes I've worn in 10 years. I run mostly on groomed fire roads and trails and they are perfect. Rock protection is limited, which can be an issue on rocky trails. Also, I hiked the John Muir Trail in my Trail Blades last summer and they were awesome.

Comments about Trailblade:
Great shoes that hold up on trail runs. Primarily ran trails and had good traction and held up very well, had a nice feel when laced up that the shoes were drawn close to your feet unlike other shoes I've tried. If you plan on lots of trails i suggest these.

Comments about Trailblade:
I'm a small (5'4" 125-pound) midfoot-strike runner with wide-ish feet who was looking for light-weight trail running shoes that can also do well on paved surfaces. After an intensive on-line research (my wife thinks I spent too much time on this), I decided to try the Trailblade (I put them on my Christmas wishlist) and found that they are perfect for me. They have just the right amount of cushion and not so much heel-to-to drop for my running style. The toe box has just the right amount of space for my wide-ish feet (can't fit in most nikes). The tread was perfect for paved surface and trail. And they are stylish enough for some casual wearing. I've been running in them since January and I love these shoes. :)

Comments about Trailblade:
No arch, tread tore off on the first run, I was running on a groomed park field. Not at all what I expected from brooks. An absolute void where there should be arch support.

Comments about Trailblade:
I had a hard time finding the trailblades locally, so I ordered them from Brooks.com. The feel of the shoe is excellent and an easy transition from my Brooks Ghost 3's. Easily transitions from pavement to trail. Toe box is roomy but my heel stayed locked in place. Traction was great. Can't wait to unleash these shoes at my upcoming 50 miler.

Comments about Trailblade:
took these out for a 30 miler after I got them, everything felt fine. Not that I would recommend doing this but they felt great on the feet and I had no problems. Love the fit and feel. Haven't tried them in the mud but I'm sure they will be just fine.

Comments about Trailblade:
I got these trail running shoes because my road shoes are Brooks and I love them, but they dont work on the trails very well. These have the same quality as the road shoes, they just work on trails.

Comments about Trailblade:
Would recommend to any runner thinking about trail blazing. as traction to spare. that being said the treads do start coming off after a very short time, and the straps in the back also very damageable. But these have not effected my performance much.
