I have four pair of Adrenaline GTS11 (medium - B) size 10s. I ordered the GTS12 (medium-B) in a size 10 since I didn't expect any difference. This one pair COULD be an anomoly, but I thought I'd better warn other GTS11 size 10 afficianados about this. I'm sure the shoe is GREAT like the GTS11 version..but the sizing on GTS12 is different enough that I cannot wear it and will need an exchange. Unfortunately I can only add 2 pictures, so I'm attaching a side-by-side shot to show the difference and a tongue shot of the GTS12. Both the GTS11 and GTS12 ARE the same size on the tongue.

I dislike this shoe, compared to the GTS 11 and previous versions. It is too rigid, took forever to break in, and still makes my feet hurt and toes go numb if I wear it around all day (instead of just running in them). I have heard similar complaints from many adrenaline users and sincerely hope that Brooks undoes whatever they changed from the 11 to the 12. I am looking forward to the 13s but if those still hurt, I will have to begin looking for a new 'go to shoe' after almost 10 faithful years. Been wearing Adrenaline GTS since 2003 and this is the first year that I've noticed a difference that was not an improvement (i.e. more comfortable, or easier on my legs while providing the same great features). Up to this point this has been the only shoe in which I don't get shin splints, but whatever is different in this one is making running a lot harder on my legs and knees. I bought 2 pair of the 11's on sale to hold me over until the 12s came out. Wish I had bought more. I have been looking for 10s and 11s on ebay because I need a new pair of shoes and do not want another pair of 12s. Also, I really loved the purple GTS 11s with the aqua laces. It would be fantastic if you could make some 13s that cute!!

My size in running shoe varies from 7.5 to 8 depending on the show...I wear an 8 in these. They are my favorite running shoe.
However, I made the mistake of wearing them when I started CrossFit and the support quickly broke down. When I went back to running long distances in them I started to have foot pain. This wasn't completely unexpected, as they say you should only wear your running shoes to run in!
So, I purchased my second pair and will only be wearing them to run.

I wear these shoes for running and power walking and they are great! Other shoes that I've tried don't have the support that these shoes do. I don't have overly high arches, but just running takes a toll on your feet if you are wearing flat shoes. I had some preoblems after wearing non-supportive shoes, but my foot felt 100% better once I started wearing Brooks Adrenalines! Just came back and bought my second pair. Love these shoes! I recommended them to a friend, and she loves them too! A+++++

I'm training for the 3-Day, 60 mile walk. Walking around my house with the new shoes on, I found the right shoe fit great and felt good, but the left foot heel started hurting within 2 hours of wearing, and my left big toe was sitting in the shoe funny. They say you need to break in new shoes, but I couldn't wear these long enough to break in. The right foot however, really felt good, so maybe it was a bad left shoe. None-the-less, I don't think this is the shoe for me.

I got these because I had plantar faciitis and they provided great support without needing orthodics. I love them for in home aerobics and for 5 mile dog walks :)

I have a hard time with my feet if I don't wear the right shoes. I work on my feet most of the day and I love to run. I can only do these things in brooks. They give me the extra support I need. I love this shoe-I have flat slightly narrow feet and it works for me a half size bigger than I normally wear.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS is an overall great shoe. I like the color, the fabric, the durability and firmness of the shoe. Also, the shoe has good traction on the wet, slick roads in the Midwest.
I do have one suggestion for this design. I have a narrow foot, and, with this shoe, I have to wear two pairs of socks to get the width to feel right.

I have a very narrow flat foot and narrow heel. I have tried many shoes over the years and none gave me the stability and arch support that this one does.
Order 1/2 size up.

I have been searching forever for a shoe with proper pronation control that works just right for me. I have extremely flat feet which causes my knees to pronate inwards causing awful knee pain. I have tried many different heavy and clunky shoes that took forever to break in and were not very pleasant to run in. This, thankfully, has not been the case with these shoes. From day one, they have been comfortable and extremely easy to break in (I already feel like ive broken them in after only a week of wearing them) they are not as heavy as many others and i dont feel any problems with my arch or knees. They are overall a great training shoe for anyone looking for great support.

Really comfortable, supportive shoes. I have not yet run more than 10 miles in them, but plan to use them for a marathon in a few weeks. My only complaint so far is that they are a big snug and by the end of a workout, my feet feel uncomfortably warm. I ordered a half-size above my 'street shoes', but would consider ordering a full size up in the future.
