Why do you run? You can't beat the satisfaction you get from competing well after months or years of hard preparation.

The best thing about being a Hansons-Brooks athlete? Having a great group of guys to push me every day.

How have you improved since joining the Hansons-Brooks ODP? I've learned that I have a lot of work to do, and that I'm with the right group to get it done.

When did you start running? I ran a few years of high school cross-country to stay in shape for wrestling season, then didn't pick it up again competitvely until the ripe old age of 25.

What challenges do you face as an athlete? Rationalizing with myself and others why being a broke athlete is better than being a well-heeled 9-to-5er.

What do you like to do when you're not running? Relax, listen to music, sip coffee, read, watch movies, play guitar, fly-fish and hang out with family or friends. When I'm on downtime, I like to head off into the woods with my brother for a camping trip to recharge the batteries.
