Why do you run? To try to be one of the best marathon runners in the country.
The best thing about being a Hansons-Brooks athlete? The humble nature of the group and how inclusive it is. The group is like an extended family or brotherhood.
What have you learned since joining the Hansons-Brooks ODP? That the training is serious and hard as hell.
When did you start running? I started running as a freshman in high school.
What challenges do you face as an athlete? Staying injury-free and being consistent in races.
What do you like to do when you're not running? I like to watch anything that Mel Brooks is in or has helped make.
Favorite event: Marathon.
Favorite workout: Long runs with tempo.
Favorite pre- and post-race foods: My favorite pre-race food is pancakes and post-race is beer and steak.
