Day job:  Assistant Track and Field and Cross Country Coach at Allegheny College, Meadville, PA

Date of birth:  February 25, 1981

High School:  Walsh Jesuit H.S. (Cuyahoga Falls, OH)

College:  Mount Union College, Alliance, OH

Personal Record(s): 400- 50.6, 800- 1:51.40, 1500- 3:45.30, mile- 4:05.29, 3000- 8:20.00, 5000- 14:30.00

Events Currently Training For:  Get fit and jump in some longer races this fall and run some stuff on the track next spring, maybe a steeple even.

Miles run/week: 70

Favorite Brooks shoes and apparel?Infiniti shoes, T4 racers, Infiniti Hat, Infiniti Jacket

Why do you run?:  Because I love to compete,  I love the social aspect of it, and because it makes my days better

Who inspires you?:  People who work hard to achieve their goals.

The best thing about being an I.D. Member (besides the discount): The community of people and getting to know those people.

When did you start running?: Always loved to run, trained a little in 5th grade for the mile run on field day.  Serious running sophomore year of High School.

What challenges do you face as a runner?:  Fitting in my running and workouts around work and stuff for the team.

What do you like to do when you're not running?:  Fitting in my running and workouts around work and stuff for the team.

Favorite type of event:  Track

Favorite race:  1500

Favorite run:  Anything at the Tow Path or Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Favorite pre- and post-race foods:  Pre: Subway 6-inch sub; Post: Rapid Recharge recovery drink
