Web Intern

General Position Description:

We are looking for an energetic, tech savvy intern to help in our ecommerce efforts. The web intern will assist with all aspects of 3 ecommerce sites at Brooks – including QA of sites, reporting, updating content, editing images, and troubleshooting issues that arrive on the sites. They will also have the opportunity to assist the web team with promotions and sales on the sites, as well as customer outreach in our pro community.

Basic Responsibilities:

Ongoing maintenance of www.brooksrunning.com, www.brooksrunning.com/pro, and esales.brooksrunning.com
Editing and updating of images on all three sites listed above
Basic quality assurance and troubleshooting of all sites listed above
Pro program outreach to universities and other eligible organizations
Basic report generation and updating
Updating of content and product on each site as appropriate
Other projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business and/or MBA preferred

2. Familiarity with internet technologies – database management, content/product management systems, Adobe Photoshop, HTML

3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the web team

4. Must be available to work 25-35 hours per week
