How can I learn when new opportunities become available?

The most up-to-date source of career opportunities in our Corporate Office is the Brooks Sports Career Page. To learn about hourly positions in our two retail stores, please visit the location that interests you.


How can I apply for hourly retail opportunities? 

Brooks Sports operates two retail stores in the state of Washington. Each store independently hires and manages its own team of part-time and full-time hourly employees. You may obtain an application at either retail outlet location or download the Online Application. Then visit the store that interests you and submit an application.


How can I apply for a position with the Corporate Office?

1. Draft your cover letter & resume.
2. Complete the Online Application (required).
3. Complete the Self-Identification Form (voluntary).
4. Submit all materials via email, using the job title as the subject line:

How do I apply for multiple positions at Brooks Sports?  

Please note that you must apply for each open position that is of interest to you.


How long will my resume stay on file? How often should I update it?  

We keep all resumes on file for 90 days, after that you must reapply for any position that interests you.
 


What is the minimum age requirement to work at Brooks Sports?

You must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for part-time/temporary employment and 18 years old for all full-time positions.  If you have questions about retail store employment eligibility, please consult a store manager.

Brooks Sports employees that work full time (30 hours or more per week) may participate in a variety of benefit programs. The total pay package includes:
